The Daily Read: A Little House Party Never Hurt Anybody – Wordsmiff’s New “Live From the City” VIDEO

Does he ever sleep?! Given all of the gems produced, it seems as though the answer to that question is “No,” and maybe other aspiring rappers should start taking notes.

One of our favorites, Brooklyn native, Wordsmiff has dropped yet another banger turned impressive visual! As the video to his latest single “Live From the City” from his mixtape, Bars Over Everything III: The Goodfella, this single is the second off of the BOE III project, with the first, “Go Dumb” featuring another Library favorite, Tray Pizzy.

The creative minds behind this visual are one-of-a-kind – to say the least. The concept allows viewers to witness and experience what looks like the house party of the ages! Videographer and the visual director, Julius Stukes, is another one who has yet to disappoint. From the quick cuts, to the overall party chaos genuinely captured on film, his directorial genius is undeniable – not to mention the expert spin on the 90’s comedy classic House Party.  Complementing Wordsmiff’s ingenious lyrics, this visual sets a new standard for house parties and hip-hop music everywhere.

This is only the tip of the iceberg for Wordsmiff and Stukes, who when paired together are a dynamic force that cannot be stopped.  So, to reiterate the initial question: does he ever sleep? I think it is pretty clear that this talented artist does not ever sleep, nor should he ever be slept on! We highly anticipate his upcoming projects!
