SAY WHAT?! Chris Brown Probation Revoked
AGAIN! Yes you heard right Chris Brown is back in the spotlight once again and of course it’s not good. You would think since it’s the new year Chris Brown would be turning over a new leaf, but he’s in legal trouble once again. As a result of the Rihanna assault incident in 2009, Brown was sentenced to five years probation as well as 1,000 community service hours.
Yesterday Brown appeared in a Los Angeles courthouse over issues with his probation terms. Brown took an unauthorized trip to San Jose for a concert performance without getting the proper approval and failed to complete his community service hours, violating the terms of his probation. This is the same concert that took place this past sunday where shots rang out injuring five people who came to see brown perform.
For Chris Brown, this is another event on his series of unfortunate events list. Last year he was also present at another club shooting, where he was hosting VMA party was taking place, Sugg Knight and few others were injured. Although it has remained that Brown was not involved in either shooting, lawyers used this as fuel to fire, saying Brown has been using poor judgement.
It is being said that his layer did not give him proper information in regards to this particular trip, while that is being taken into consideration things still do not look good for Brown. So the only question is what’s next? Brown could be facing prison time, and some attorneys think this will be good for him seeing as he cannot stay out of trouble. Until sometime in March no one including Chris Brown will know what his fate is. This definitely puts a damper on things for Brown, he has the In Between The Sheets Tour with Tyga and Trey Songz coming up later this month and Fan of a Fan 2 project with Tyga coming soon as well.
Hopefully things go well for Brown in this set of legal woes, we’ll keep you updated as the story develops. In the meantime while we (and Chris) wait, check out his new single Ayo featuring Tyga!
