Recipe of the Week: Banana Pudding

Don’t you just love a good dessert?

This banana pudding recipe is sure to put you in a great mood after a long hard week of slaving away at your job. Why not come home open up the refrigerator, take out your pudding, and indulge while catching up on the shows you’ve missed during the week?  This recipe blends the nutrion of a banana with a childhood favorite, pudding, and tops it off with vanilla waffers that you probably have stored in your junk desk at work.  Do us a favor and make this on your cheat day, be sure to enjoy it for all of us, and remember, sharing is caring.

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 30 vanilla wafers
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed


  1. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
  2. Arrange half the wafers on bottom and up side of 2-qt. serving bowl; top with layers of half each of the banana slices and pudding. Repeat all layers. Cover with Cool Whip.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours.
